"Do not work with Angie or anyone else at Ray Hair! They will sell you the policy and act helpful but once the original policy is done their customer service is horrible. Been trying to switch my insurance back to the original policy for over a month. I’ve called in 6+ times and haven’t been helped either time. They expect me to make a payment for a vehicle that I DO NOT HAVE. All I want is for my insurance to have the correct vehicle. They switched my policy to a new vehicle within hours but since I needed it switched back they haven’t been able to. Now it’s been almost a month that my vehicle hasn’t been covered and they still want me to pay?! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for insurance."

"I have been with Ray Hair State Farm for a while and I have to say, this company is fantastic. For a good part of my life I have never had a good relationship with my insurance company. Either the coverage was lacking, the prices were too high, or the agent was just a weenie and I did not get what I felt I was paying for. This is not, in all capital letters, NOT the case with Ray Hair State Farm insurance. Ray and his people work hard to make sure that I am taken care of, that my wife is taken care of. They not only the extra mile but the extra 10 miles to make sure that we are taking care of completely. I cannot emphasize the great feeling I have when interacting with these folks. "I have been with State Farm for 20 years, and decided to stay with State Farm even though I knew their rates were higher. We were given incorrect information either at the corporate office or his office and had to deal with a $1200 issue. There was little we could do other than cancel our policy. I called to have my policy cancelled as soon as I could and they still charged my account. Completely ineffective office and corporate communication. Save your money and go to another company."

"Ray Hair State Farm is a great place to do business with. I have never had a problem with anyone returning my phone call to answer questions or concerns i may have. Ray is always available if not in the office he will call you from cell phone . He even has his personal cell phone number listed on business card. Not many agents will do that. Everyone in that office is licensed and can help you with anything you may need. I have read previous reviews and i have a hard time believing they are talking about the same office. I have moved out of state but have kept my life insurance, and vehicle loans with his office because i trust him to inform me anything that i need to know regarding my accounts. Never have to worry about anything going wrong with my life policies."

"I called State Farm and the receptionist transfer me to Kristen who is a sales agent, I wanted to apply for an RV loan that a current customer had with State Farm. The loan was going to be in my husbands name., so she said she needed to speak to him. I told my husband to call her to give all the information needed and he called 3 times and left messages, the front desk lady said she was busy and hang up on him. So many times busy, we left messages and she never returned our calls . Also receptionist who I don’t remember her name hang up on my husband. I was going to get a loan and insurance in this place. Because of your lack of customer service, I lost my deal to buy the RV. Super rude people."
